Ocean at School is an educational platform focused on the ocean. By providing teaching materials in different subjects, for different stages and with different themes, we want to support educators in raising students' ocean awareness.
One of the UN's global goals is to conserve and sustainably use the oceans and marine resources. The world's oceans drive global systems that make the Earth habitable for humans. The oceans cover 70 per cent of our planet and more than three billion people depend on marine and coastal biodiversity for their livelihoods. How we take care of our oceans is crucial for humanity as a whole and for balancing the effects of climate change.
